Europe and International Women’s Day 2022
Equality between men and women is one of the fundamental principles of EU law. It is also one of the European Commission’s priorities for two areas: an economy that works for people and European democracy.

Our #BreakTheBias Activities
This year, International Women’s Day is all about #BreakTheBias. Here is an activity to do in class before you meet the Cork City Council Women’s Caucus to discuss biases. We all have them. What can we do to break them?

They will be delighted to take all questions from students.
There will be two sessions:
- 3rd and 4th class for 20 minutes at 10.45am (duration 15/20 minutes);
- 5th and 6th class for 30 minutes at 11.30am (duration 20/30 minutes).
